Return and Exchange Policy
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only with prior authorization from the seller.
- To obtain authorization, please contact our customer service team at info@canadasbricks.ca
- All returns and exchanges must be in their original packaging and in the condition received.
- CanadasBricks reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
- If you receive a damaged or are missing parts, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement.
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please contact our customer service team to obtain authorization and instructions.
- CanadasBricks will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products.
- For all other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
- CanadasBricks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process.
