Return and Exchange Policy

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only with prior authorization from the seller. To obtain authorization, contact our customer service team at [email protected].

  • All returns and exchanges must be in their original packaging and in the condition received.

  • Canada’s Bricks reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

  • If you receive a damaged product or missing parts, contact our customer service team immediately to arrange a replacement.

  • To exchange a product for a different one, contact customer service for authorization and instructions.

  • Canada’s Bricks will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products.

  • For all other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Canada’s Bricks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process.

Canada’s Bricks Gift Card Terms & Disclaimer

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Redemption

  • Valid only at canadasbricks.ca.

  • Cannot be applied toward shipping costs or taxes.

  • Cannot be combined with coupons unless otherwise specified.

Balance & Expiry

  • Gift card balances do not expire.

  • Canada’s Bricks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Limitations

  • Gift cards cannot be reloaded.

  • Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Taxes & Fees

  • Purchases made with a gift card are subject to applicable taxes.

  • Gift cards themselves are sold tax-free.

Fraud Prevention

Any suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of gift cards may result in cancellation of the order and/or deactivation of the card.

Canada’s Bricks reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
